Children (6-12 years): | Take 1 tsp. (5 mL) 1-2 times per day. Take as needed, and do not exceed 2 doses per day. |
Directions
For occasional use. Shake well before use. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Talk with your doctor before use if your child is taking medicine or is under a doctor’s care for a medical condition. Take only as directed.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or doctor. Do not use if your child is allergic to any ingredients. Do not use in children younger than 12 months because of the risk of botulism. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if throat pain is very severe or persists for more than 2 days. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if cough persists for more than 7 days, tends to recur, or is accompanied by high fever, rash or persistent headaches. These could be signs of a serious condition.
Known adverse reactions: Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Security feature: Do not use if seal under cap is missing or broken. Reclose cap tightly after each use. Store at 15 to 30°C.
